Marketing antiagency· since 2011

Marketing that brings leads – and pays for itself

I make marketing actually work for your business: customers come in, spend comes back with profit, and you see all the data along the way. No magic buttons – this is real work. Work aimed at results, not at a good-looking report.

Ads are running, but no leads

🔧

"We'll do it ourselves"

Ads were set up by the owner, a spouse, a sibling, or a friend "who gets this stuff." Or an agency where you're one of dozens. Maybe there were no ads at all and clients came by word of mouth – but you want steady and more. One thing in common: nobody dug into the product, the audience, and the data in a systematic way.

💸

Budget down the drain

Ads run, reports look great, reach keeps growing. No leads. And the answer is always "give it more time," "we need more budget – more money, more leads" (it doesn't work that way).

🎲

Flying blind

Ads launched on a hunch. Calls aren't tracked (no call tracking), on-site actions aren't tagged (leads, clicks, key events). Where buyers actually come from and which ads pay off – anyone's guess.

I work the other way around – that's why I call it an antiagency.

How I work

Count first, invest second

No magic buttons. Just a clear process that brings clients in.

Dig in

I get into the product, the audience, and the economics: who buys, why they pick you, where you make money and where you lose it. All of this before we talk about ad budget.

Do the math & build

What a lead costs, at what price ads pay off, which channels to grow and which not to touch. I set up analytics so the data is visible from day one.

What I do

Close one gap, or build the whole marketing engine – from audit to a steady flow of leads. We start with what you need right now.

Audit Strategy

Where to start and what to fund

Strategy & audit

I run the economics and find growth points before a dollar is spent. You walk away with a plan: what to do, in what order, and for what money.

Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Yandex Metrica Call tracking

Analytics & reporting

Web analytics, dashboards, call tracking

You see where every lead came from and what it cost. Your dashboard is open any time – no requests, no waiting on a report.

Google Ads Microsoft Ads Google Shopping Yandex Direct

Search advertising

PPC · Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Yandex for CIS)

I bring in people already searching for your product or service. You pay per click – I track what each lead actually cost.

Paid social

Social advertising · Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn

Ads shown to people who look like your buyers – not everyone, but based on data about who already bought.

Google Google Maps AI answers

Traffic that doesn't stop when the budget does. Not a fast channel – but it doesn't reset to zero when you hit pause.

Conversion rate A/B tests

More leads from the same traffic

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) · A/B tests

You've got traffic but not enough leads. I find where people drop off and fix it – without raising the budget.

Need a website or landing page? I'll shape the structure and mockups around your marketing goals – so the site brings leads, not just exists. Built with vetted partners or your own team.

Let's see if we fit

Who I'm for – and who I'm not

We're a fit if

  • You have a clear product or service for real people – and you want more customers
  • Ads are already running, but the results aren't there
  • You want to test a new channel smartly, not by guessing
  • You're ready to look at the data and work together

Not a fit if

  • You're shopping for the cheapest option and think good work shouldn't cost money
  • You expect results tomorrow and growth at the push of a button
  • You don't want to get into the data or talk through the results

Cutting corners on marketing is the most expensive way to do it.

About

Who's behind this

Global marketer · AI enthusiast · 15+ years in marketing

You'll work with me – not an account manager who passes tasks down the chain and can't tell you where a data point in the report came from.

I take on few projects and run them for years: I learn the product, count the economics, and show which channels actually work.

For each project I bring in my own specialists and vetted partners – after years in the field, there's someone for almost any task.

What matters to me is that the business grows, not that a task gets closed. Come for ads – I'll check whether they'll pay off. If the problem is the site or the product economics, we start there.

FAQ

The questions I get most

I already have a running business and want more online sales. How can you help?+

It depends on the goals. First I ask a lot of questions, listen closely, and think critically. I audit your marketing, find the weak spots, work out the growth points, and put together a proposal. I don't pile on work you don't need just to raise the invoice.

What if I only need one advertising channel handled – can you help?+

Yes. A specific task has a specific solution. I won't push anything you don't need right now.

I'm just planning to launch a business. What do I do and how do I promote it?+

I'm all for new ventures. Tell me what you're launching, who it's for, and what problems you solve – I'll suggest which tools will actually work and bring in leads.

How much do your services cost?+

It depends on the task. Tell me what you're planning and I'll give you a price. For reference: an audit + recommendations starts from a few hundred dollars; ongoing campaign management is usually a fixed monthly fee + a % of the budget. Specifics come after we talk.

What budget do I need to launch ads?+

Every case is individual and tied to the market and your resources.

– If you put less than 3% of revenue into marketing, you're basically silent.
– Active growth, launch stage, luxury segment: 5–10% of revenue.
– Highly competitive market: 10% and up.

Tell me which channel you're planning – I'll study the competitive landscape and prepare an estimate.

How do I figure out a sensible marketing budget?+

Three anchors to work from:

1. Market: who are the competitors, how many are there, how much do they spend?
2. Internal factors: revenue, margin, and the payback horizon.
3. Feasibility: it starts with the idea – the list of projects you need to pull off.

IDEA → COMPETITIVENESS → PROFIT
